About My Childcare Services

To ensure a well-run purposeful program, I am responsive to participant needs, as we all as giving exceptional care to children and communicating with parents. This is important to me because they are the key ingredients needed to run a successful program and to meet everyone's needs. I observe each child at least once a week or more, and I share my observations, privately with each family, that can work at home and school. I note the developmental goals that were covered, and what children are interested in while having fun learning, I hold enrollment meetings with new families, to hear comments, concerns or suggestions they might have about their child to get a picture. When communicating with parents effectively, it creates an environment in which there is trust and everyone can feel safe.
